Includes food, plates, utensils, napkins, and a beautiful presentation. It does not include servers, because until we know the location, we won't know how many will be needed.

Standard 20% Gratuity will be added to the final total

• Ham Biscuits (Mustard and Mayo on the side)

• Vegetable Platter (broccoli, celery, carrots, cauliflower, sweet red pepper, artichokes , lightly steamed asparagus, served with ranch and blue cheese dressings)

• Imported Cheese and Fruit Tray (smoked gouda, brie, Baby Swiss, Vermont cheddar, Havarti Dill, saga, strawberries, red and white grapes, apple wedges and pineapple)

• Hot Spinach Dip with Good Bread (served in a chafing dish)

• Chicken Salad with Grapes and Pecans (served with mini sandwich breads)or without nuts

• Large Peel and Eat Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce
