Includes food, plates, utensils, napkins, and a beautiful presentation. It does not include servers, because until we know the location, we won't know how many will be needed.

• Beef Tenderloin Biscuits (with béarnaise sauce)

• Baked Brie with Guava and Roasted Garlic in a Puff Pastry (with sliced good crusty bread)

• Large Peel and Eat Shrimp (with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges)

• Fresh Mango, Watermelon, Kiwi or Black bean Salsa (with all kinds of tortilla chips)
