Includes food, plates, utensils, napkins, and a beautiful presentation. It does not include servers, because until we know the location, we won't know how many will be needed. On-site cooking only.

• Chicken Satay (Mini Chicken Kabobs with Indonesian peanut sauce)

Dinner

• Scallops Parmesan (sea scallops tossed with parmesan cheese, garlic butter, white wine, heavy cream and bread crumbs - baked off so the top is nice and browned - served in chafing dish)
